The right tool depends on what you cut and how. Wire cutting machines excel at shapes, angles and thin boards — the wire follows any contour and does not tear the fibres. A band saw is faster for straight cuts through thick, dense boards and for laminated materials.

We build KPA CNC wire cutting machines (including the 3D version with two rotating tables), PS horizontal and bevel machines with two or four cutting units, and PPRK vertical band saw machines. All of them are built from scratch in our own plant.
On the KPA wire cutting machine the automatic hold-down allows boards from 5 mm thick. For thinner or very soft materials it is worth running a test cut on your own wool.
Yes. Tool and parameter choice depends on density: for hard stone wool and laminated boards a band saw or circular units usually work better, while shapes and thin boards call for wire cutting. Send us a sample and we will run a test.

Yes — every parameter is set individually. We change the working width and length, cutting height, number of cutting units, type of hold-down and material feed, and we add roller tables or dust extraction as needed.
The CNC wire cutting machines run devFoam 2 software — drawings are easy to prepare, with no machine-tool programming knowledge required.
